Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after the agreed advance payment is received. The remaining balance must be paid as per the agreed schedule before or on the event date.
Event Coverage
Photosoul will provide photography services as agreed during the booking discussion. Coverage time, number of photographers, and deliverables will be mentioned in the booking confirmation.
Delivery of Photos
Edited photographs and albums will be delivered within the agreed timeframe after the event. Delivery time may vary depending on the event size and editing requirements.
Client Cooperation
The client is responsible for providing accurate event schedules and ensuring smooth coordination during the event for better photography coverage.
Unforeseen Circumstances
In rare situations such as illness, accidents, or unavoidable circumstances, Photosoul will make reasonable efforts to arrange a replacement photographer or reschedule the service.
Agreement
Booking Photosoul services confirms that the client accepts these terms and conditions.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Photosoul understands that plans may change. The following cancellation policy applies to all bookings.
Client Cancellation
If the client cancels the booking, the advance payment is generally non-refundable as the date is reserved exclusively for the client.
Rescheduling
If the client wishes to change the event date, Photosoul will try to accommodate the new date based on availability.
Photographer Cancellation
If Photosoul is unable to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances, the advance payment will be refunded or an alternative photographer may be arranged.
Refund Processing
Any applicable refund will be processed within a reasonable time period after confirmation.
Photo Usage Policy
All photographs captured by Photosoul remain the creative property of the photographer.
Photosoul may use selected photographs for portfolio display, website galleries, social media posts, marketing materials, or promotional purposes.
Clients receive personal usage rights to the delivered images, meaning they may download, share, and print the photographs for personal use.
Images may not be sold, edited commercially, or used for business promotions without written permission from Photosoul.
If a client prefers that their photographs are not used publicly, they may inform Photosoul during the booking process.
